Recruitment for RCF Limited in 2022: A government-owned enterprise, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is a market leader in the production and distribution of industrial chemicals and fertilisers. Candidates that meet the requirements may apply for the positions listed below.

Name of the posts:

RCFL MT Recruitment Age Limit: (As on 01/03/2022)

• 27 years for Unreserved (UR) / General category.
• 30 years for OBC Category – 30 years.

RCFL MT Recruitment Salary / Pay Scale:

• E1 Grade in the scale of pay of ₹ 40,000 – 140000/-
• The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay + VDA (32.5%) + Perks (34%) + HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places) and other allowances which works out to ₹ 77,400/- approximately.

RCFL MT Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

• MT (Human Resource): Regular and Full Time graduation degree in any discipline from UGC/ AICTE recognized University / Institution. Minimum 02 years regular and full time post graduate degree or equivalent master degree with specialization in Human Resource /Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies from UGC/ AICTE recognized University / Institution. Additional qualification in law will be preferred. Proficiency in Marathi language is preferable.
• MT (Administration): Regular and Full Time graduation degree in any discipline from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. (AND) 2 years regular and full time post-graduation degree of (MBA) Master of Business Administration with specialization in HR / (MMS) Master of Management Studies/ (MHRDM) Master of Human Resource Development & Management or equivalent Master Degree with specialization in HR from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution.

• MT (Human Resource Development): Regular and Full Time graduation Degree in any discipline preferably in Psychology from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. (AND) 2 years Regular and Full Time Post-Graduation degree of (MBA) Master of Business Administration / (MMS) Master of Management Studies with specialization in HR or equivalent master degree with specialisation in HR from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution.

RCFL MT Recruitment Selection Process:

• Online Test
• Personal Interview.

RCFL MT Recruitment Application Fee:

• ₹ 1000/- plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Management Trainee are required to be paid by General, OBC and EWS category candidates.
• No fee for SC / ST / PWD / Female category candidates.
• The fee should be made through online payment mode using Internet banking or Credit / Debit Card.
