4990 Masters Final Seniority List (Worked/Working as Incharge Headmasters 2023
4990 Masters Final Seniority List.The School Education Department has issued a final inter-se-seniority list of Masters who have worked or are working as in-charge Headmasters or their equivalents. The list was initially issued on 8th October 2021, through Government Order No. 1470-Edu. However, the Department received some service particulars from both the Directorates and the incumbents for inclusion or correction of service particulars.
Subsequently, on 27th June 2022, through Government Order No.1746-Edu, Masters were assigned the look-after charge of Headmasters and equivalents, and were included in the list. Later, on 5th January 2023, a tentative inter-se-seniority list of Masters who have worked or are working as in-charge Headmasters was issued, and more service particulars of the incumbents were received from the Directorates.
Final Inter-se-Seniority of Masters (Worked/Working as Incharge Headmasters and equivalent
The Department examined the matter, and after making all the necessary inclusions, corrections, and deletions, a consolidated seniority list was prepared and issued as Annexure-A to this order. The final seniority list is being issued in accordance with Rule-24 of J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, subject to certain conditions.
Any member of the concerned service who is either not included or is aggrieved with the position assigned to him/her in the final seniority list can file a review petition within 07 days from the date of issuance of this seniority list along with supporting documents through concerned Directorate, which will be decided on case to case basis. No petition shall be entertained after the expiry of stipulated time period.

The date of birth of the incumbents recorded in the seniority list is subject to further verification from service records, also with reference to the original matriculation certificates of all the concerned, and The seniority list so issued will be subject to outcome of writ petition(s) pending, if any, before any Hon’ble Court of Law.
