92 Sr Lecturers Place As Principles in J&k
Assigning look-after charge of Principal and equivalent post to Sr. Lecturers.
In the interest of administration and in view of administrative exigencies; the following Sr.lecturers of School Education Department are hereby assigned the look-after charge of Principal and equivalent post with immediate effect, till the posts are filled-up on officiating/ regular basis.
The assignment shall not confer any preferential claim or right to the official for seeking regularization / confirmation which shall be considered strictly as per set procedure and clearance by DPC. The new assignment shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, that may be pending before the Court(s) of law.
The above posting/adjustment is subject to the following conditions: (0 The posting shall not confer any preferential claim or right upon the incumbent for
seeking regularization/confirmation which shall be considered strictly as per extant rules and clearance of DPC/PSC. (1) The incumbent shall join at his/her new place of posting within seven (07) days, failing which shall be presumed that he/she has forgone the new
assignment/Promotion, the placement shall be cancelled ab initio and action as
warranted under rules shall follow. (1) The CEO concerned shall ascertain the genuineness of the PG degrees and ensure that same are valid and obtained from Universities/Institutions recognized by the UGC/AICTE. 8
The Officer shall submit an undertaking to the concerned CEO stating therein that
in case his/her service particulars/academic credentials are found
fake/forged/tampered or issued by an unrecognised university or the course is
proved unrecognised at any stage, he/she shall have no daim on the placement and
same shall be cancelled ab-initio without any further notice. By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
