Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir is likely to experience mostly dry weather till the end of September, with brief spells of rain possible at isolated places in North and Central Kashmir on September 24 and 27, the Meteorological Centre said.
According to the weather department, weak Western Disturbances may affect J&K during the evening hours of September 24 and 27. However, no major weather activity is expected across the Union Territory during the remaining days of the month.
The prevailing dry conditions are also expected to remain favourable for apple and paddy harvesting and other agricultural activities across Jammu and Kashmir.
