The three candidates appointed as Zoology lecturers have been directed to report to the Director of School Education, Jammu, within the prescribed period.

The orders make it clear that failure to join within the stipulated 21-day period will result in the forfeiture of the candidate’s right to appointment. In such cases, the appointment order will be treated as withdrawn ab initio, meaning from the beginning, without any further notice or reference.

Appointments Subject to Document Verification

The government has made the appointments subject to verification of the candidates’ educational, professional and technical qualifications by the relevant issuing authorities.

Any discrepancy, misrepresentation or adverse finding during the verification process may lead to cancellation of the appointment, without prejudice to any other action permitted under the applicable rules.

The orders also refer to the relevant departmental records, JKPSC recommendations and satisfactory character and antecedent verification reports received from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

Where required, separate posting orders will be issued by the competent authority.

The latest orders mark a significant recruitment development in Jammu and Kashmir’s School Education Department, with 43 candidates appointed across three key academic subjects.

Note: Candidates should refer to the original government orders for the complete terms and conditions, reporting instructions and any subsequent posting directions.
