Who is Eligible

It will cover the full duration of their degree/diploma course, so if a course is for 4 years, the girl will receive ₹30,000 each year for all 4 years.
Roll-out & Past Pilot
The programme was piloted in 2024-25 in Madhya Pradesh and certain districts in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Jharkhand. In the pilot, over 25,000 girls were supported.
Now it is expanding to 18 states. The application process for the 2025-26 cohort is set to begin in September 2025.
