The revised list has been issued pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2024/Psy dated 28.08.2024, and comes after reviewing the non-reporting of select candidates.

Background of the Appointment Process
The earlier appointment order No. 1410 of 2025/Psy dated 26.09.2025 selected 81 candidates as Junior Assistants for Kashmir Division after completion of the selection process. All selected candidates were instructed to report before their respective Principal District & Sessions Judges within 21 days.
However, as per the reports from the District Courts, 03 candidates failed to join duties within the stipulated period. Their details are listed in Annexure-B of the order.
Cancellation and New Appointments
The matter was placed before the Competent Authority, and His Lordship ordered:
- Cancellation ab initio of appointments of the 03 non-joining candidates.
- Appointment of candidates from the Waiting List in their place.
The newly appointed candidates (as per Annexure-B2) have been appointed as Junior Assistants in Pay Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100).
They are directed to report before the concerned Principal District & Sessions Judges for final posting and to complete the required formalities.
