Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Registrar:
Candidates must have prior experience of working in a university system.
Audit Officer:
Candidates should be retired or retiring Audit Officers from Central, State, UT Government Finance Departments or CAG.
Accounts Officer:
Candidates must have experience of working in J&K Government Departments.
Accountant:
Experience in J&K Government Departments is required.
Section Officer / Head Assistant:
Candidates should have experience in university systems or government higher education institutions.
Age Limit and Engagement Conditions
Candidates must be below 64 years of age as on 01 January 2026 or should be retiring within six months.
The engagement will be for a period of one year or until the candidate reaches 65 years of age, whichever is earlier. The term may be extended based on performance and university requirements.
The contract can be terminated by either side with one month’s notice or salary in lieu of notice.
