Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

Stenography skill is mandatory and will be tested during the skill test stage.

For Grade D:
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 27 Years

Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

General / OBC / EWS: ₹100
SC / ST / PwBD / Women / Ex-Servicemen: No Fee

Selection Process

The selection process will be conducted in multiple stages:

Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Skill Test in Stenography (Qualifying)
Document Verification

The CBT will consist of objective-type questions from:

General Intelligence & Reasoning
General Awareness
English Language

The skill test will assess stenography speed:

Grade C: 100 words per minute
Grade D: 80 words per minute

Final merit will be prepared based on CBT marks.

Salary Details

Stenographer Grade C:
Pay Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)

Stenographer Grade D:
Pay Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)

Selected candidates will also receive additional benefits such as DA, HRA, medical facilities, and other government allowances.
