Akshay Kumar today announced that his mother, Aruna Bhatia, passed away this morning. As per reports, Kumar’s mother’s health wasn’t the best for the last few days.

Just yesterday, she was admitted to ICU, when her health derailed severely. The actor who was busy in UK shooting immediately flew back to Mumbai to be with her mother.

Kumar took to social media to share a heartfelt message as he wrote that her mother “left this world this morning and got reunited with my dad in the other world.”
