Delegation of Drawing and Disbursing powers of Headmasters.
Based on the recommendations made by the Chief Education Officer of Poonch/Doda/Udhampur/Rajouri/Jammu through reference letters, the following officers have been granted the authority to draw the salary and other bills of the listed Headmasters on a stop-gap arrangement basis. This authority will remain in effect until the substantive appointment of these positions is made by the competent authority.
