Recent reports from Indian media outlets claim that Simon Doull, a New Zealand cricket commentator, made shocking remarks about his stay in Pakistan during the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
However, according to Geo News, Doull did not make any such statement regarding his stay in Pakistan, nor did they report on any comment made by Doull about his experience in the country.
Pakistani fans have also come forward to defend their country against the allegations made in the Indian media
Saj Sadiq, a UK-based reporter, has provided further clarity on the matter by reaching out to Simon Doull regarding his alleged remarks about his stay in Pakistan. According to Sadiq, Doull denied reports that he was not allowed to go out in Pakistan due to Babar Azam fans waiting for him and that he stayed in Pakistan without food for many days.
Doull reportedly told Sadiq that he “absolutely loved” his time in Pakistan. Sadiq shared this information on Twitter to provide clarification on the situation.
