The Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj in Jammu & Kashmir is currently inviting applications from qualified and dynamic individuals to empanel themselves as Trainers/Resource Persons.

We are looking for individuals with significant experience in relevant fields, including Assistant Professors and equivalent, Subject Area Experts from NGOs, Ex-Sarpanch(s), Ex-RD&PR Officials, and Professionals.
As a Trainer/Resource Person, you will be responsible for providing Capacity Building & Training to the stakeholders of the PRIs. In return, you will be offered an honorarium for your services.

For Category-1, applicants must possess a Master’s degree in the relevant subjects/areas and have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates pursuing a Ph.D. or possessing a Ph.D. in any relevant subjects/areas would be given preference.

For Category-2, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in professional subjects/other areas such as Social Work, Rural Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Computers, IT, Mass Communication & Journalism, etc. Individuals with relevant work experience would be preferred. Having demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs to elected representatives of local self-government bodies would be considered an added advantage.
