Engagement/Hiring of Female Helpers/AAYAS:Applications are invited from female candidates residing in the villages where the concerned school is facing a shortage of staff, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
Terms and Conditions:
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
- The candidate must be a domicile of the village where the approved school is located.
- Candidate must belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category.
- The candidate must be physically and mentally fit to perform the job.
- The minimum qualification required is the completion of the 8th class, and in case no candidate with this qualification is available in the village, candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered.
- Priority for Selection:
Preference will be given to candidates from the BPL category in the following order:
- Widows
- Divorced individuals
- Orphans
- Candidates who belong to the poorest of the poor in the village.
- Age Limit:
The candidate’s age must be between 18 to 45 years as of 01-01-2023. - Honorarium:
Selected candidates will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs. 5000/-. The amount may vary based on approval in subsequent years in the PAB (Programme Approval Board) of Samagra Shiksha.
How to Apply:
Interested candidates must fill the application form provided in the prescribed format and submit it along with supporting documents to the office of the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. In case the last date coincides with a holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date for the submission of the application form.
This initiative aims to support female candidates from the BPL category to actively contribute to the educational development in their villages. The selected helpers will play a crucial role in ensuring a conducive learning environment for the students and strengthening the education system at the grassroots level.
