Final Selection lists of candidates in respect of various Non-Gazetted posts-recommendations thereof.
I am directed to forward herewith copies of communication Nos. JKSSB/Sel/Secy/2022-23/362-66 dated 28.02.2023 / No. JKSSB- Plan/25/2022-03 dated 03.03.2023 /No. JKSSB/ Sel/ Secy/ 2022- 23/357-61 dated 28.02.2023 received from the Service Selection Board, J&K regarding the subject cited above and request you to issue formal appointment orders in respect of the selected candidates in whose favour the clear-cut recommendations have been made by the Service Selection Board as per the details indicated as under only after a satisfactory report is received from the CID in terms of Government Order No. 528-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 21.06.2021, read with Government Order No.1003-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 27.09.2021 issued by General Administration Department:-
The appointment of the selected candidates shall further be subject to the following conditions:-
i. A time of 21 days may be given to the appointee for joining and should be mentioned in the order itself that in case he/she fails to join within this period, his/her appointment (s) shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without and further notice. II. The appointees shall be allowed to join only on production of the following
certificates in original:-
a. Academic Qualification Certificate.
b. Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificate.
c. Health Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer.
d. Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. e. That if the candidate has taken loan for self-employment from DIC/Employment Department, to be ascertained from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employment and counseling Centre of the domicile District, he/she shall relinquish the proprietorship of unit/enterprise and also stakes, if any, in such self-employment Unit/ enterprise before joining the Government Service. He/she shall be required to repay the entire loan liability in suitable EMIS to be worked out by the DDO concerned from his/her salary. DDO concerned shall obtain an affidavit from the concerned appointee regarding both relinquishment of proprietorship and stakes, if any, in such self-employment unit/enterprise and recovery to be made and also personally monitor it recovery. f. Relevant category certificate(s), (in case of candidates belonging to
reserved categories).
g. Any other certificates/documents are required under rules/norms.
ill. The appointees shall give an undertaking duly attested by the First Class Judicial Magistrate in the shape of an affidavit to the effect that:-
a. If on verification from the concerned issuing authorities, the qualification
certificate/reserved category certificate/experience certificate (wherever applicable) is found forged, false or fake, the appointee shall have no claim for appointment. b. Salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to him/her
unless and until the satisfactory report/ genuiness of the certificates in
respect of Condition iil(a) is received.
c. The appointment of the candidates shall be governed by the “New
Pension Scheme” as notified vide SRO-400 of 2009 dated 24.12.2009.
d. Appointee shall abide by all the terms & conditions as laid down in his/her
appointment order. e. The appointee shall be on probation for a period of two (02) years.
