along with supporting documents to this office individually in separate file covers by adopting the following procedure
1. Obervations recorded against each case to be clarified with necessary documentary evidenced (duly attested)
2. Cases where clarification with respect of Mode of acquiring of higher
qualification has been sought, the same shall be submitted with documentary
evidence after recording necessary entries to this effect in the service book as
3 la case of pendency of documents, the same shall be furnished to this office
(duly attested).
Moreover, you are requested to invariably furnish fresh attested copy of service book of each official with your clear cut recommendations after examining them at your office, instead of simply forwarding the replies received from Drawing and Disbursing Officers
