J&K Admin Issue Orders Transfer and Posting of ZEOs
The Government Order No. 1069-Edu of 2022 dated 10.05.2022 assigned Mr. Ishtiyaq Ahmad Lone and Mohd Maqbool Samoon the responsibility of looking after the post of Zonal Education Officer.
Later, the Director School Education Kashmir received a joint application from Mr. Ishtiyaq Ahmad Lone and Mohd Maqbool Samoon requesting mutual transfer. The Director forwarded this request to the concerned authorities, asking for consideration on the grounds of merit and rules.
Subsequently, a communication from the office of Advisor (B) was received along with a joint representation from Mr. Ishtiyaq Ahmad Lone and Mohd Maqbool Samoon. The letter explained that Mr. Ishtiyaq Ahmad Lone’s son is suffering from Cerebral Palsy and requires periodical medical check-ups. Meanwhile, Mr. Maqbool Samoon is a resident of Gurez and is currently posted in B.K. Pora Budgam.
After examining the matter, the Department found the case of these two officers for mutual transfer to be genuine on medical grounds.
Therefore, the following transfers and postings are ordered with immediate effect:
- Mr. Ishtiyaq Ahmad Lone, who was looking after ZEO Gurez Bandipora, is transferred and posted as look after ZEO B.K. Pora Budgam.
- Mohd Maqbool Samoon, who was looking after ZEO B.K Pora Budgam, is transferred and posted as look after ZEO Gurez Bandipora.
