JKSSB has recently published the provisional selection list of candidates for the position of Works Supervisor. The recruitment notification for this post was advertised through Notification No.05 of 2020, dated 24.12.2020, under Item No. 134. The Public Works (R&B) Department, Kashmir, had requested direct recruitment for 76 Works Supervisor posts for Divisional Cadre. The available vacancies were classified into different categories such as OM, RBA, ALC, SC, ST, EWS/PSP, OSC, and IB, with specific details mentioned against each cadre.

For the recruitment of Works Supervisors, the Public Works (R&B) Department had submitted two indents. The first one, Indent No. PW(R&B) NG/124/2019, was issued on 30.09.2020, while the second one, Indent No. PW(R&B) NG/124/2019, was released on 17.12.2020.

To be eligible for the position of Works Supervisor, the candidate should have cleared their matriculation or an equivalent exam from a recognized board or university. Additionally, the candidate should possess an ITI certificate in either building construction or carpentry trade.
