Kashmir Met Forecast warmer days until April 25
According to a meteorological department official, the night temperature in the Kashmir valley continued to remain below normal, despite the forecast for mainly “warmer days” until April 25.

The official further added that the weather is expected to be generally cloudy from April 26 to 28, with the possibility of rain and snow in upper reaches at some places during this period.

Srinagar recorded a low of 5.1°C, which was 3.8°C below normal for the summer capital. Qazigund and Pahalgam recorded a low of 3.6°C and 0.5°C, respectively, and were below normal by 3.9°C and 3.5°C for their respective areas. Kokernag recorded a low of 6.2°C, which was 1.2°C below normal, while Gulmarg recorded a low of 3.2°C, which was 0.1°C below normal.

Ladakh’s Leh and Kargil recorded a low of minus 0.4°C and 1.6°C, respectively.
