Provisional Selection List for Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) at Lohai Malhar
Provisional/Tentative Select List regarding engagement of Sahayikas (AWHs). Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2023 dated 29/05/2023, applications forms were invited from eligible female candidates against 17 vacant posts
of AWHs of Poshan Project Lohai Malhar. Whereas, 02 posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) at AWC Kindi A (S.No.10 in advertisement Notification 01 of 2023 dated 29/05/2023) AWC Katli (S.No. 08 in the advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2023 dated 29/05/2023), have been withheld due to some typographical error Whereas, 61 candidates have applied against the 15 available vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) in Project Lohai Malhar. Whereas, the scrutinization of application forms was fixed on 08/08/2023 vide Office letter No. COPO/Poshan/LM/298-300/23 dated 02/08/2023.
Whereas, the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were Scrubinized/checked on 08/08/2023 by the committee constituted vide Govt. Order No. 103-
OK(SWD) of 2023 dated 28-04-2023 and Govt. Order No. 2022-3K(SWD) of 2022 dated 30-11-2022. Whereas, the provisional/Tentative Select list as per Annexure-A to this notification has been prepared/approved by the above referred committee in its meeting held on 08/08/2023, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt. Order: 103-JK(SWD) of 2023 dated 28-04-2023 and Govt. Order No. 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated 30-11-2022.
Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. Orders, the Provisional/Tentative Select list as the information of general public and all concerned.

Grievance(s)/objection(s) (if any), may be communicated to this Office within ten days from the date of publication of this notification/list. No Grievance(s)/objection(s) of
any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of publication of this notification/list.
