The Honorable Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir has established a selection committee to recommend a group of eligible candidates for the position of Vice Chancellor at the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology in Jammu. The appointment will be temporary and will last for a period of no more than three years or until the candidate reaches the age of 65, whichever occurs first. Candidates must not be older than 62 years of age on the closing date of the application.
The selection committee invites applications from distinguished agricultural scientists with exceptional credentials and encourages appropriate nominations from distinguished individuals of eligible candidates who meet the following criteria:”
Qualification: Doctor of Philosophy degree in Agriculture/ Veterinary or related fields.
