Winding-up of the Department of Stationery & Office Supplies, J&K deployment of staff

Consequent upon the winding up of Stationery & Office Supplies Department vide Government Order No:15-JK (ARI & Trgs) of 2022, dated: 27-06-2022, sanction is hereby accorded to the deployment of the following officers/officials/Causal Laborers to the below mentioned offices with immediate effect.

General Manager, Government Press Jammu Srinagar shall utilize the services as per their requirement. Salary of employees and wages of Casual Labourers shall be drawn with effect from 01-07-2022 against the equivalent vacant posts in Government Presses and out of funds for wages in the case may be. Further, the salary of the employees attached in the ARI & Trainings Department, Civil Secretariat Srinagar and Jammu shall also be drawn by the General Manger Government Presses Srinagar and Jammu against the equivalent vacant posts and funds for wages respectively on production of attendance certificate.

Each officer/ official holding the charge of stocks will keep the same in their custody and shall submit report about the charge of stores along with current stockposition (if any) he/she was holding till date.
