SRINAGAR: A 55-year-old labourer died after falling from a height while working in Wagoora Nowgam area of Srinagar on Wednesday, officials said.

Quoting an official, the news agency KNO reported that the man was injured after falling from a height while working in the area.
He said the man was immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased was identified as Ghulam Mohammad Ganie (55), son of late Mohammad Ismail, a resident of Wagoora Nowgam.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident.
