All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Vijaypur, Jammu has announced the recruitment of 70 Senior Residents and Demonstrators under Employment Notification No. 11/2025. The last date to submit online applications is 14 June 2025. This is a rolling advertisement, and the current selection process pertains to Cycle–1. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for walk-in interviews from 20 June 2025 onwards. Eligibility Criteria – Educational Qualification: For Senior Residents (Medical): MD/MS/MDS/DM/M.Ch/DNB in the relevant specialty from a recognized institution. For Senior Demonstrators (Non-Medical): M.Sc./M.Biotech with Ph.D. in the concerned or allied subject.
Age Limit (as on 14 June 2025): Maximum Age: 45 years | Relaxations: SC/ST: 5 years | OBC: 3 years | PwBD: 10–15 years | Ex-servicemen: 5 years
Other Requirements: Medical candidates must be registered with MCI/DCI or State Medical Council. Non-medical candidates should fulfill subject-specific eligibility criteria. Candidates who have already completed 3 years of residency are not eligible to apply.
Application Process: Visit the official AIIMS Vijaypur website and submit the online application before 14 June 2025. Take a printout of the application form, sign it, and bring it along with self-attested documents during the interview.

Selection Process: Selection is based solely on interview performance. The interview will carry 100 marks and be held department-wise. In case of a tie, preference goes to the older candidate (by DOB). Final selection is based on interview marks only.
