List of 23 Police Personnel Transferred by IGP Jammu
Jammu, October 26: Inspector General of Police (IGP), Jammu Zone, Tejinder Singh, has ordered the transfer of 23 police personnel across various ranges and units with immediate effect in the interest of administration.
The transfers were issued under Order No. 1349 of 2026, dated October 24, by the Zonal Police Headquarters, Jammu. All personnel covered by the order have been directed to be relieved from their existing assignments immediately.
According to the order, the reshuffle includes six inspectors, one sub-inspector, three probationary sub-inspectors (PSIs), one assistant sub-inspector (ASI), two head constables, nine selection-grade constables and one follower.
As per Order No. 1349 of 2026, dated October 24, the following 23 police personnel have been transferred with immediate effect.
