SRINAGAR, Oct 17 (Times of Kashmir):SKUAST Kashmir Skill Test Dates 2025 Out , Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST-K), Shalimar, has officially announced the conduct of Skill/Practical Tests for the posts of Media Producer & Editor and Print & Online Journalist advertised under Notification No. 08 of 2023, dated July 13, 2023.

According to the latest notice issued by SKUAST-K, candidates who appeared in the OMR-based written examination held on July 28, 2024, are now eligible to participate in the Skill/Practical Test scheduled to be held on November 3 and 4, 2025, respectively.
The tests will be conducted at the Educational Multimedia Research Centre (EMRC), University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar.

- Post: Media Producer & Editor
Date of Examination: November 3, 2025 (Monday) - Post: Print & Online Journalist
Date of Examination: November 4, 2025 (Tuesday)
Admit Cards & Instructions
The University has informed that admit cards will be available for download on the official SKUAST website from October 28, 2025 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM onwards.
Candidates can log in to their respective accounts on the University’s recruitment portal using their credentials to access and print their admit cards.
Applicants are advised to regularly visit the University website for updates, corrections, or further notifications related to the examination schedule or venue.
Important Guidelines for Candidates
- Candidates applying for the post of Media Producer & Editor must carry a 2–3 minute show-reel in MP4 format showcasing their previous work samples.
- Candidates applying for the post of Print & Online Journalist must bring a one-page biodata summarizing their professional profile and relevant experience.
- Candidates may also choose to carry both print and electronic video introductions to present during the test.
These additional materials will be part of the evaluation process to assess candidates’ technical and editorial skills relevant to their applied positions.
