JK Govt Assigns Additional Charges to Finance Officers

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir government has issued orders assigning additional charges to several senior finance officers across departments, the Finance Department announced in Government Order No. 4-F of 2026.

Tasawaf Amin, Financial Advisor/CAO of the JK Tourism Development Corporation, will also hold the charge of Financial Advisor/CAO of the Jehlum Tawi Flood Recovery Project until Shafaat Ahmad returns from leave.

Jaswinder Pal Singh, Chief Accounts Officer in the Resource Division of the Finance Department, has been given the additional charge of Chief Accounts Officer in the Youth Services and Sports Department until further orders.

Akhtar Ali, Chief Accounts Officer at the Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir, will hold the additional charge of Chief Accounts Officer at the Lake Conservation and Management Authority until Sabreena Qadir resumes duties.

Ravi Kumar, Accounts Officer at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Kathua, has been assigned the additional charge of Pay and Accounts Officer at the District Urban Development Agency, Kathua, until further orders.

The assignments have been made in the interest of administration to ensure continuity of operations across departments.
