Ladakh Govt Issues Appointment Orders for Nursing Orderly Posts in Kargil
The Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh, Health and Medical Education Department, has issued appointment orders for the post of Nursing Orderly (Group “C”) under the district cadre of Kargil.
According to the official order dated March 23, 2026, a total of 17 candidates have been appointed in Level-SL1 of the pay matrix (₹14,800–₹47,100) following the selection process conducted by the LAHDC-Kargil Subordinate Services Recruitment Board.

The selection was made based on the select list issued earlier by the recruitment board and subsequent appointment offers provided to the candidates.
Selected Candidates List
The appointed candidates include Asrar Deen, Kunga Chosdon, Tenzin Jangchup, Anayat Ali, Ghulam Mohammad, Ghulam Ali, Mumtaz Hussain, Arief Hussain, Tsering Dolma, Ilyas Ali Raheeme, Nissar Hussain, Mohd Ali, Imtiyaz Ali, Saleema Bano, Shabroza Bano, Mehbuba Akhter, and Tsering Namgyal.
Most of the candidates have been selected under the ST category, while some belong to EWS and reserved sub-categories.
Key Conditions of Appointment
The government has laid down several conditions for the appointed candidates:
• The candidates will remain on probation for a period of two years from the date of joining.
• Their services can be terminated during probation if found unsuitable.
• All appointees must be declared medically fit by the prescribed authority.
• The appointments are subject to verification of documents, including educational qualifications, category certificates, and date of birth.
• Seniority will be determined as per applicable rules.
• The appointments are also subject to the outcome of any pending court cases.
The order has come into immediate effect, and candidates are expected to complete joining formalities as per the instructions issued by the department.
