A brief lull is likely between late morning and late afternoon today, before showers redevelop towards afternoon, evening.
Rainfall will mostly remain light to moderate in intensity, though a few areas may witness short-lived heavy thundershowers.
Tuesday, 5 May:
Weather is expected to remain mostly stable during the first half of the day. However, from afternoon to evening, thundershowers may affect some to many parts of J&K.
Wednesday, 6 May:
Conditions will turn largely dry across most areas. Still, brief thundershowers cannot be ruled out at a few places, particularly over higher reaches during late afternoon or evening.
Thursday to Saturday (7–9 May):
Mostly dry weather is expected across Jammu & Kashmir. A brief, isolated thundershower may occur, but overall conditions will remain dry and stable.
