Srinagar, August 27, 2026: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered a major reshuffle in the Finance Department, transferring and posting 11 senior officers with immediate effect.

Mr. Anil Kumar Dogra, Director Finance, Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Director Accounts & Treasuries, Jammu, in place of Mr. Rajesh Chander Kotwal.

3. Kulbushan Kumar

Mr. Kulbushan Kumar, Director Finance, School Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, ARI & Trainings Department.

He will also continue to hold the charge of the Tribal Affairs Department in addition to his own duties until further orders relieving Mr. Iftikhar Hussain Chouhan of the additional charge.

4. Santosh Kumari

Ms. Santosh Kumari, Director Finance, JK Power Development Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, Labour & Employment Department.

5. Naila Zahoor

Ms. Naila Zahoor, Director Finance, Accountancy Training Institute, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Director Finance, Youth Services and Sports Department.

The order also relieves Mr. Jasvinder Singh of the additional charge of the post.

6. Shahid Majeed Kakroo

Mr. Shahid Majeed Kakroo, on promotion as Director Finance, has been transferred from the ARI & Trainings Department and posted as Director Finance, Jal Shakti Department.

Mr. Manav Gupta, on promotion as Director Finance, has been transferred from the Home Department and posted as Director Finance, JK Power Development Corporation, replacing Ms. Santosh Kumari.

9. Amit Mahajan

Mr. Amit Mahajan, on promotion as Director Finance, has been transferred from J&K Medical Supplies Corporation and posted as Director Finance, Cooperative Department.

The posting relieves Ms. Rashim Deepika of the additional charge of the post.

Ms. Premlata Patial, on promotion as Director Finance, has been transferred from the Audit & Inspections Department and posted as Director Finance, J&K Power Corporation Limited (JKPCL).

11. Rashim Deepika

Ms. Rashim Deepika, on promotion as Director Finance, shall continue in the Tourism Department until further orders.
