J&K Animal Husbandry Department, Jammu Releases Waiting List for Driver Posts
The Department of Animal Husbandry, Jammu has issued an official notice regarding the operation of the waiting list and verification of character and antecedents for candidates selected to the post of Driver (Divisional/District Cadre).
The posts were originally advertised vide Notification No. 04 of 2022 dated 27 July 2022. The present action is being taken in reference to the Administrative Department’s letter No. ASHF/AH0NGAZ/29/2024 (C.No. 7639132) dated 06 January 2026.
As per the notice, candidates listed in Annexure-A, who were selected by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) for the post of Driver (Divisional/District Cadre) in the Animal Husbandry Department, Jammu vide letter No. JKSSB-Scry/4/2024-03 (E-7411217) dated 23 May 2025, are required to submit their prescribed particulars for character and antecedents verification.

The selected candidates must email the required details to the official email ID director-ahdj@jk.gov.in within 21 days from the date of issuance of this notice. The information will be used for filling e-verification rolls to obtain character and antecedents clearance from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
Candidates who fail to submit the required information within the stipulated time period shall forfeit their right to appointment without any further notice.
