J&K Govt Transfers JKAS Officer, Appoints Him as ADC Kargil: SRINAGAR: The Union Territory Administration of Ladakh on Thursday issued an order effecting changes in postings and additional charge assignments of a JKAS officer in the General Administration Department.
According to Order No. 237–LA (GAD) of 2026, issued by the General Administration Department, the earlier arrangement dated April 3, 2026, has been partially modified following subsequent administrative changes, including the posting of Mohd Taqi, JKAS, as Joint Director Information, Headquarters Kargil, vide order dated May 4, 2026.
In the latest order, Shabir Hussain, JKAS, has been relieved of the additional charge of Joint Director Information.
He has now been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, and appointed as Nodal Officer for DILRMP, until further orders.(KASHMIR LIFE)
