J&K Industries & Commerce Department Recruitment 2026: Applications Invited for Legal Consultant and Office Assistant Posts
Srinagar: The Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Kashmir under the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Kashmir has issued Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2026 dated 04 July 2026, inviting applications from eligible candidates for various posts.
According to the notification, applications have been invited for the following positions:

1. Legal Consultant – 01 Post
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
- Qualification: Law Graduate from a recognised university/institution with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of legal work experience in courts, government, public sector bodies or legal firms. Candidates having experience related to MSME disputes, arbitration and mediation will be preferred.
- Salary: ₹85,000 per month
2. HR Officer/Secretarial Assistant – 02 Posts
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
- Qualification: Graduate from a recognised university/institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) and office management. Knowledge of computer skills, internet, web surfing, data processing and MS Office is required.
- Salary: ₹30,000 per month
