J&K PWD Assigns Additional Charge to 2 Chief Engineers, SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government’s Public Works (Road and Building) Department has issued orders assigning additional charge to two Incharge Chief Engineers and giving 12 Incharge Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) stop-gap charge as Executive Engineers (XENs).
According to the orders issued by the department, the additional arrangements have been made until further orders and on a stop-gap basis wherever applicable.
Two Chief Engineers Given Additional Charge
As per the order, Susheel Kumar, Incharge Chief Engineer, PW(R&B) Department, North Kashmir, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Chief Engineer, PW(R&B) Department, South Kashmir Zone.
Similarly, Ashwani Kumar, Incharge Chief Engineer, PMGSY Zone Kashmir, has been assigned the additional charge of Chief Engineer, PW(R&B) Department, Central Kashmir Zone, in addition to his existing responsibilities.
Both officers will continue to discharge their existing duties alongside the additional responsibilities assigned to them.

In a separate order, the department has placed 12 Incharge Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) as Incharge Executive Engineers (XENs) in their own pay and grade on a stop-gap basis.
The officers who have been assigned the additional charge are:

- Irfan Shafi Parray
- Satish Kumar Abrol
- Adil Hussain Shah
- Nazir Ahmad Mir
- Monika Sumbli
- Riyaz Ahmad
- Sunil Bogia
- Noor Mohammad Magray
- Rakesh Kumar Bhardwaj
- Naseer Ahmad Wani
The latest administrative orders are part of the department’s arrangements for managing key engineering responsibilities across different zones of Jammu and Kashmir.
The officers will perform the duties attached to the additional posts as specified in the respective government orders.
