Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for these posts must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
• Age Limit: 21 to 45 years as on the date of notification
• Candidate must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir
• Minimum 3-year graduation degree in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Commerce
- Accounting
- Finance
- Economics
• Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized university.
• Candidates holding CA qualification from ICAI or CMA/ICWA qualification from ICMAI are also eligible.
Experience Required
Applicants must possess full-time paid post-qualification experience in areas such as:
• Entrepreneurship development
• MSME promotion
• Startup incubation
• Livelihood programs
• Market linkage
• Skill development
• Program management in development or government sector
