The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially released the SBI Recruitment 2025 notification for 2964 vacancies of Circle Based Officer (CBO) posts. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government.

Age Limit (as on 01-06-2025)
Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 30 Years
Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-06-1995 and not later than 01-06-2004 (both days inclusive). Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per SBI rules.

Application Fee
General/EWS/OBC candidates are required to pay Rs. 750 as the application fee.
SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.

Salary and Emoluments
The initial basic pay for a Circle Based Officer is ₹48,480/- in the pay scale of 48,480–2000/7–62,480–2340/2–67,160–2680/7–85,920. In addition, selected candidates will receive allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA)/Lease Rental, City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Provident Fund (PF), NPS, Leave Fare Concession (LFC), medical benefits, and more as per bank policies.

Selection Process
The selection procedure includes a written test, screening, and interview. Candidates with 2 years or more of experience in officer cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank will receive 2 advance increments.
