SRINAGAR: The Ministry of Home Affairs has ordered the transfer and posting of seven IAS officers of the AGMUT cadre, reassigning them to various Union Territories and states with immediate effect.

An official order dated February 24, 2026, issued with the approval of the competent authority, states that the officers have been moved across different segments of the AGMUT cadre until further orders.
Under the directive, Sravan Bagaria has been transferred from Delhi to Goa, while KC Sundar has been posted from Delhi to Puducherry. Sushil Singh has been moved from Delhi to Mizoram, and Sivakumar AS has been shifted from Puducherry to Lakshadweep.
In addition, Ranjeet Singh has been transferred from Delhi to Mizoram, Ajay Kumar from Delhi to Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, and Pranjal J Hazarika from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir, where he will now serve. Hazarika was previously posted in Delhi.
The order specifies that the transfers of officers listed at serial numbers 1, 5 and 6 will take effect from June 1, 2026.
