STPI Recruitment 2026 : Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) has invited online applications for the engagement of Apprentice Trainees across multiple centres in India. The recruitment is being conducted under the apprenticeship framework, and interested candidates must complete their registration on the NATS portal before applying on the STPI website.
A total of 15 vacancies have been announced for candidates belonging to different educational backgrounds including B.Tech/B.E., Diploma, B.Com, and B.A. The apprenticeship will provide hands-on training along with a monthly stipend.

The positions are available across STPI centres including Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Guwahati, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, Mohali, and Pune.
Reservation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For Engineering Posts:
Candidates must have a B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields.
For Diploma / Degree Posts:
Candidates must hold a Diploma in relevant technical disciplines or a degree such as B.A. / B.Com.
Only candidates who have completed their qualification on or after April 2021 are eligible to apply.
Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training are not eligible.

Maximum Age:
General Category: 27 Years
OBC Category: 30 Years
SC/ST Category: 32 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.
Application Fee
There is no application fee for any category.
The application process is completely free through both STPI and NATS portals.
Stipend Details
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend based on their qualification:
B.Tech / B.E.: ₹15,000 per month
Diploma Holders: ₹10,900 per month
B.A. / B.Com: ₹12,300 per month
The stipend will be transferred directly to the candidate’s bank account through the DBT system linked with the NATS portal.
No additional allowances or benefits will be provided during the apprenticeship period.
Selection Process
The selection process will be carried out in the following stages:
Initial shortlisting of applications based on eligibility criteria
Interview of shortlisted candidates
Final selection will be based on performance in the interview.
