JKBOSE Extends Deadline: Final 3-Day Window for Class 11th & 12th Annual Exam Forms 2025
SRINAGAR, Oct 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced a final three-day extension for the submission of online Annual Examination Forms for Class 11th and 12th Regular students for the academic year 2025.
According to an official notification issued by the Joint Secretary (Examinations) JD/KD, the extension will be valid from October 27 to October 29, 2025. The decision comes following the recent declaration of Class 10th and 11th results.
The facility is available for students from Kashmir Division, including winter zone areas of Jammu Division and district Kargil. Eligible on-roll candidates can submit their forms online by paying a fee of ₹4230 (excluding practical fee) through the designated JKBOSE portal.

JKBOSE has directed all affiliated institutions to ensure timely submission of examination forms and has advised students to verify their personal details carefully while filling the online form.
The Board has clearly stated that this will be the final opportunity for students to complete the process. “No forms will be entertained after the deadline,” the notification emphasized.
