Official Winter Vacation Schedule Announced for Kashmir & Winter Zones of Jammu
Winter vacation in Kashmir Division and winter zone(s) of Jammu Division.

It is hereby ordered that all Government and recognized Private Schools up to Higher Secondary level in the Kashmir Division as well as winter zone(s) of the Jammu Division, shall observe winter vacation according to the following schedule:
It is further ordered that:
i. All Teaching faculty shall remain available for any academic activity during the vacation period.
ii. The Teaching staff shall report back to their respective schools on 20ᵗʰ February 2026 for making arrangements regarding opening of schools.
iii. Any default on the part of Heads of Institutions/Teaching staff in observance of the above schedule shall attract strict action under the Rules.
