Jan 7 (KNC): A woman lost her life after being hit by a passenger vehicle in the Bhoru Chinta area of Bhaderwah on Wednesday, officials said.

Officials told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, a mini bus bearing registration number JK06B-1638, allegedly driven in a rash and negligent manner by Rohan Bhagat, struck a woman identified as Bimla Devi, wife of Hari Lal, while she was crossing the road at Bhoru Chinta.
The impact proved fatal, and the woman died on the spot, officials sources said adding that the cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation is underway. (KNC)
