SRINAGAR: The body of a 34-year-old man was recovered on Thursday from the Achabal area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

Officials said the deceased has been identified as Masroor Ahmad (34), son of Habibullah Mochi, a resident of Shelipora, Achabal. His body was spotted by passersby this morning, who alerted the authorities.
A police team soon reached the spot and shifted the body to a hospital for medico-legal formalities.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and initiated an investigation. (GNS)
