Body of 45-Year-Old Man Recovered from River Jhelum in Srinagar
Srinagar, October 26 (GNS / Times of Kashmir): The body of a 45-year-old man was recovered from the River Jhelum in Srinagar on Sunday, nearly a week after he allegedly jumped into the river at Zaina Kadal.

Officials said a joint team of SDRF, QRT Jhelum, River Police, and local police retrieved the body during a search operation.
The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Rafeeq Ahangar (45), son of Mohammad Jamal Ahangar, a resident of Dalal Mohalla, Zaina Kadal, Srinagar.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident. (GNS)
