Eligibility Criteria for ICAR Recruitment 2025:
Educational Qualification:
For Project Associate-II: Master’s degree in Natural/Agricultural/Allied Sciences, GIS/Remote Sensing, Forestry, Environmental Science, or Information Technology. Additionally, candidates must have a National Eligibility Test (NET) or GATE certification from recognized bodies (CSIR/UGC/ICAR) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of R&D experience in scientific institutions is required.
For Senior Project Fellow: Master’s degree in Agriculture, Allied Sciences, Horticulture, Forestry, or Agroforestry (4-5 years Bachelor’s degree required). Postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences with relevant qualifications and NET/GATE certification. A minimum of 2 years of research experience is required.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years, with the following relaxations:
SC/ST/Women: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
Differently Abled Candidates: 10 years
