J&K Government Orders Deputation of SICOP Divisional Manager Shabir Ahmad Munshi
The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the deputation of Mr. Shabir Ahmad Munshi, who is currently serving as Divisional Manager in J&K SICOP. He has been sent on deputation to the Directorate of Industries and Commerce (I&C) Jammu.

According to the government order, his deputation will last for one year or until the vacant post is filled, whichever happens first.
As per the order:
• Mr. Munshi’s salary will be paid by the I&C Directorate on the basis of the available vacant post under Pay Level 7.
• His pay level and designation will be verified by the Managing Director of SICOP.
• He will continue to receive COLA/DA just like before.
• No arrears of salary or allowances will be paid for the past period.
• He will keep all his rights, seniority, and promotion benefits in SICOP.
• The post he vacates in SICOP will remain frozen and will not be filled.
• He must also submit an undertaking stating that he will not seek permanent absorption in the Directorate.
The government has also mentioned that this arrangement can be cancelled at any time without notice
