J&K IAS JKAS Transfer Order 2026: Govt Transfers Pranjal Hazarika, Vishavjeet Singh
Srinagar, May 29: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday ordered the transfer and posting of two officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Pranjal J. Hazarika, IAS (AGMUT:2021), who was serving as Additional Secretary to the Government in the Labour and Employment Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Baramulla against an available vacancy.

The government order further stated that Vishavjeet Singh, JKAS, who was awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Billawar.
He replaces Vinay Khosla, JKAS, who has been directed to await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
The transfers and postings were made with immediate effect under the orders of the Lieutenant Governor.
The order was issued by M. Raju, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
