KPDCL Announces Scheduled Power Shutdowns in Pulwama and Anantnag on Multiple February Dates
SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Corporation (KPDCL) has announced scheduled shutdowns of multiple 33 KV power lines, which will affect electricity supply to several areas in Pulwama and Anantnag districts.

Scheduled Power Outage: KPDCL Releases Shutdown Plan for Various Areas
A shutdown of the 33 KV Sangam-II line will cut power to Siamoh, K Koot, Kaigam, Hariparigam, Chakoora, Gulzarpora, Panzgam, Railway and surrounding areas from 09:00 to 15:00 on February 8, 2026.
Besides, the 33 KV Pampore-Pulwama line will be shut, affecting supply to Kakapora, Newa, Pahoo, Nehama, Zadoora, Gudoora, Parigam and nearby areas from 09:00 to 15:00 on February 14 and 16, 2026.
Additionally, the 33 KV Wanpoh SICOP line will be taken offline, impacting electricity for Veer, Srigufwara, Zirpara, Shamsipora, Bijbehara SICOP areas and adjoining localities between 10:00 and 15:00 on February 9,11 and 14, 2026.
KPDCL has urged residents to plan accordingly and apologised for the inconvenience caused during the maintenance work.
