Candidates applying for Mission YUVA External Trainer posts must meet the following requirements:
Age Limit: 25 to 45 years as on the date of notification.
Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Jammu & Kashmir.
Educational Qualification: A minimum of a 3-year graduate degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized university in any of the following disciplines:
- Business Administration / Management
- Commerce / Accounting / Finance / Economics
- Engineering
Candidates with relevant experience in entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, or capacity building will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected trainers will assist in implementing Mission YUVA’s capacity-building goals by conducting in-person and hybrid training sessions at designated institutions, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs in business planning, financial literacy, and marketing, facilitating e-learning sessions through the Mission YUVA App and digital platforms, monitoring participant progress, and helping with project planning and completion. Trainers will ensure active engagement of trainees in entrepreneurship activities. This role provides an opportunity for professionals to contribute to youth empowerment while developing their own facilitation and leadership skills.
