Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry (minimum 2 years duration) from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in handling drilling/workover fluids in E&P industries.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 24 years
- Maximum Age: 50 years
Selection Process:
- The selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview, which will assess:
- Professional Knowledge and Skills: Focus on concerned disciplines.
- Personal Attributes and Soft Skills: Suitability for the role.
- Qualifying Marks: Minimum 50 marks out of 100 to qualify.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and maintenance of drilling mud and workover brine solutions at well sites.
- Managing critical well situations like pipe stuck, mud loss, and well blowout.
- Assisting in well cementing operations and performing lab tests on drilling fluids.
- Generating daily well reports and ensuring safety and compliance at the work site.
