Tourist from Uttar Pradesh Dies in Tragic Road Accident in Ganderbal
Srinagar, Oct 31 (Times of Kashmir):
A tourist from Uttar Pradesh lost his life in a tragic road accident near Zero Point Kullan in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday evening, officials confirmed.
According to Kashmir life, the deceased has been identified as Mohmad Saqib, 28, son of Shakeel Ahmad, a resident of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. His body was shifted to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Kullan for medico-legal formalities.
The unfortunate incident occurred when the vehicle carrying the tourist met with an accident near Zero Point, Kullan. However, reports said that the driver of the vehicle managed to escape unhurt.
Police have taken cognisance of the case and initiated the necessary legal proceedings to ascertain the cause of the accident.
